Phase 1 of the Method

The System Audit.
Two weeks. Fixed fee.

We map how your business actually runs — workflows, roles, tools, data — and hand you a State-of-the-System Report. No code. No pitch. Just diagnosis.

Fixed fee · 2 weeks · Senior-only operators · Keys-on-the-counter handover

We audit businesses that recognize themselves here.

If three or more of these are true, the audit was built for you.

  • You run operations on WhatsApp.
  • Excel is your ERP.
  • One person is the bottleneck for every decision.
  • Your workflows live in someone's head.
  • Every new hire takes months to onboard.
  • You bought software that no one fully uses.

You don't need new software. You need a system. The audit tells you which.

What the audit is — and isn't.

Two weeks of structured work. Fixed scope. No surprises.

What we do

  • Interview your operators and decision-makers
  • Map every workflow, end to end
  • Inventory every tool, license, and data source
  • Identify role gaps and bottlenecks
  • Draft your Operational Architecture Blueprint

What we don't do

  • Write any code
  • Sell or resell software licenses
  • Refer you to vendors for commission
  • Bundle a sales pitch into the deliverable
  • Disappear after delivery

What you get

  • A 40–60 page State-of-the-System Report
  • Workflow diagrams you can hand to any vendor
  • A prioritized bottleneck index
  • A clear recommendation: stay manual, automate, or rebuild
  • Yours to keep — with us or without us

The State-of-the-System Report.

  • 02Role-clarity matrix and decision-rights audit
  • 03Tool, license, and data-source inventory
  • 04Bottleneck index, ranked by cost and risk
  • 05Operational Architecture Blueprint preview
  • 06Structural risk register
  • 07Phase-by-phase recommendation

Yours to act on with us — or with any other partner you choose.

Why the audit exists.

We spent years building software for clients who, in hindsight, didn't need software. They needed structure. Most projects failed not because the code was wrong but because the operations underneath it were undefined. The audit is the part we used to do for free and badly. We charge for it now so we can do it properly — and so the clients who book it have already decided that structure matters.
